  • Seller(s) must sign a listing agreement with Mitch Shannon of RE/MAX Masters, Inc. by August 31st, 2011.
  • Seller(s) must close on a home by October 31st, 2011.
  • Minimum selling price on a property is $200,000.
  • Seller(s) must identify the Promo Code “Mitch on Facebook”  upon signing a listing agreement with Mitch Shannon of RE/MAX Masters, Inc.
  • Minimum gross commission rate of 6%.
  • One (1) “iPad 2″ will be awarded to the Seller(s) at a successful residential real estate closing with Mitch Shannon of RE/MAX Masters, Inc. as your listing agent.
